BMB will attempt to ship all orders within 1 business day of purchase; however, shipping times may increase during periods of high demand. We cannot guarantee delivery times once the package has been sent to USPS.

We accept Visa, Discover, and Mastercard.

We are located in Kingsport, TN and ship only within the U.S.  Tennessee residents must pay TN state sales tax.

Prices shown on our website are in United States Dollars (USD $).

Items and packages damaged during shipment must be reported to BrassMonkeyBulletsLLC@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your package.

Customers who wish to return the product for a refund must request a refund within 30 days of the receipt of the package. All items to be returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee, items not returned in original, sealed packaging, missing items or showing signs of damage may be subject to up to a 50% restocking fee. Bullets being returned should be packaged carefully to avoid further damage. Also we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

All orders are final once processed. Orders which have been fulfilled and shipped cannot be canceled, please contact us immediately to cancel an order if needed.

We ship using USPS Flat rate shipping

Once the packages are shipped you will receive tracking and delivery confirmation via the email address you supplied

BMB cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

We may occasionally send promotional emails to customers who have created accounts with us; however, we will never give customer information to 3rd parties.
